ERTC Tax Credit Relief Application & Rebate Eligibility Check Service Launched

American employers can still claim refunds on their taxes for wages paid in 2020 and 2021, with the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program. MWSchnabel Marketing and a firm of CPAs that focuses solely on ERTC claims have partnered to launch a fast rebate service that employers can complete in 15 minutes or less.

The new 15 Minute Refund program includes an eligibility assessment that business owners can use to determine if they qualify for rebates by answering 10 simple questions. After completing the evaluation, eligible employers will receive a link to the CPA firm’s secure server, where they can get help to complete their claim and file the paperwork.

The eligibility assessment is available with no obligation, to any small or medium-sized business owner, including startups, new businesses, and non-profit organizations. No proprietary business information is required, and the entire assessment can be completed in approximately one minute.

Employers eligible for rebates may claim up to $26,000 per employee, and the 15 Minute Refund program guarantees each company its maximum allowable rebate. The program also provides audit-proof documentation compiled by the CPA team for each client.

To qualify for rebates, a company must have kept staff on the payroll during the pandemic and suffered either financial losses or temporary closures due to government orders. This can include lockdowns, or operating at a limited capacity, such as a restaurant that had to close its dining room or limit its customers.

Companies that have already enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) are also eligible for tax rebates after amendments were made to the program with the Consolidated Appropriations Act. However, unlike PPP loans, ERTC rebates have no restrictions on how they can be spent and never need to be repaid.

Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program include a Nashville-based presentation design agency with 19 W-2 employees, which claimed $162,979 in tax credits. The program also helped a restaurant in Houston with 80 W-2 employees to complete a claim for $400,000.
